This Privacy Policy explains what information kevinabankwa.com collects, why, and what choices you have about it. This site is a personal professional site for Dr. Kevin Abankwa—his speaking, teaching, writing, and advisory work. It is not a store, and it does not sell anything directly to you.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers kevinabankwa.com only, operated by Dr. Kevin Abankwa as an individual. Skillmelo Inc. and Nerim AI are separate ventures with their own websites and their own privacy policies—this page does not speak for them, even where this site links to them.

Information collected through the contact form

When you use the contact form, it asks for your name, email address, and message, and optionally your organization and a few details related to your inquiry (such as a preferred speaking topic or event date). That information is sent to a Cloudflare Worker, which emails it directly to Dr. Abankwa's inbox—there is no intermediate forwarding address or third-party mailbox in between. It is not stored in a database or shared with any third party for marketing.

The form also includes a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill in. If it's filled in, the message is treated as spam and discarded—this is a routine anti-spam technique, not a way of tracking you.

Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, in Dr. Abankwa's email inbox.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores one small piece of information in your browser's local storage: the cookie choice you make in the banner or the preferences panel (accept all, essential only, or your saved analytics preference). That's it—it isn't used to identify you across other sites, and nothing is set until you load the site for the first time.

Analytics

As of this policy's last update, this site does not run any analytics or advertising scripts. If cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) is added later, it will only load after you choose "Accept all" or turn on "Analytics" in Cookie Preferences—and because tools like that are cookie-free by design, they would not set a tracking cookie or build a profile of you across other sites.

Google Fonts

This site loads its typefaces (Playfair Display and Libre Franklin) from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch those fonts, which exposes your IP address to Google the way any web request does. Google Fonts does not set a cookie for this. Links to other sites

This site links out to places like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Instagram, LinkedIn, Skillmelo, and Nerim AI. Once you click through, you're on their site, governed by their privacy practices, not this one.

How information is used, and your choices

• Contact-form details are used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Your information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
• You can ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing contact@kevinabankwa.com.
• You can change your cookie choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "Last updated" date above will change. Significant changes—like adding a new kind of tracking—will also reset the cookie banner so returning visitors see it again.
